Dr. Sudarshan Pandit has completed his MBBS from Dr. VPMC,Nashik (2005-2010). After finishing his post graduation from Dr. Shankar Rao chavan Government Medical college, Nanded (20013-2016), he did fellowship in clinical Haematology from Topiwala National Medical college and B.Y.L. Nair charitable Hospital Mumbai (2017-2019) under the guidance of stal warts of Hematology, Dr. kulkarni. He was trained in different aspects of Hematology and Hemato oncology at the tertiary care center where he used to get variety of patients from all over India. Spectrum of his learning included diagnostics, procedures, and management of various disorders of benign as well as a malignant hematology. After completion of his fellowship, he joined same institute as senior registrar for the period of one year. He was working with leading Bone Marrow Transplant physicians of Mumbai. After completing fellowship in May 2018, he had joined MCGM Comprehensive Thalassemia Care, Pediatric Hematology, Hemato Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant Center at Mumbai which is the state-of-the-art care center for Pediatric Hematology Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation Where he had Hands on experience in Paediatric Bone marrow transplant,apheresis and cryopreservation of stem cell & thawing and infusion of stem cells. He had also Completed training in flow cytometry in The Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC), Tata Memorial Hospital Mumbai. Till date he has an experience of doing 100 Bone marrow transplants. Now he is starting his OPD at the heart of the Nashik city. He is experienced in treating patients with Aplastic Anemia, Lymphomas (DLBCL, HCL Follicular, Mantle, SMZL and T cell), Acute Leukemia (AML, ALL, CML, CLL, APML), Plasma cell disorders (Multiple Myeloma, WM), Myelo proliferative Neoplasm (Polycythemia, Myelofibrosis, ET), Immune Thrombocytopenia, Sickle Cell Disease, Bleeding disorders (Hemophilia, Von Wille brand Disease, Rare Bleeding Disorders), Thalassemia, recurrent Iron deficiency Anemia, Megaloblastic anemia and Thrombotic Disorders. He has also specialization in STEM cells collection( Apheresis, cryopreservation of stem cells and thawing and infusion of stem cells. He is specialized in flow cytometry which is considered the most important aspect in diagnosis of many hematological disorders. He is specialized in doing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation which is considered as a curative option for many Hematological Disorders.
